How to Order
When can I order?
Any day of the week.
How do I choose flavors?
You’ll select your desired box size and flavors when placing your order. Each cookie is 4.5oz, handmade, and stuffed with premium fillings.
Are your cookies available for gifting?
Yes! Each cookie is individually sealed and beautifully packaged, making them perfect for gifting. Just make sure to enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout.
Payment & Shipping
When will my order ship?
All orders are baked fresh and shipped the following day if ordered Monday - Thursday, excluding holidays. All orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays. All orders have 1-4 business day shipping options depending on the location of delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is in transit.
Where are the cookies shipped from?
All orders ship from Moreno Valley, California.
How much is shipping?
Any orders under $60 will ship with the standard rate from UPS. All rates depend on the location.
Orders over $60 ship FREE (automatically applied at checkout).
Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide within the United States.
What if my order is delayed or damaged?
Once your package leaves our kitchen, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for damaged boxes. We do not offer refunds for melted chocolate, crushed packaging, or shipping delays. However we can replace your order. Please email us at info@elegantimpressionsbakery with any shipping issues.
How does weather affect my order?
While our packaging is sturdy, extreme heat or cold may impact freshness or texture. We recommend retrieving your package as soon as it's delivered. We do not use ice packs or insulation at this time.
How are the cookies packaged?
Each cookie is individually sealed for freshness and packed with care. Boxes are designed to keep cookies secure during shipping, but please note we do not guarantee how carriers handle them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout.
