General Macaron Information
What is a macaron?
Pronounced (ma-ka-rhon). A macaron is a gourmet french meringue cookie made with almond flour, egg whites and sugar. Two cookies are sandwiched together with common fillings such as buttercream, fresh fruit jam/curd or chocolate ganache.
Are the macarons nut free? (Other allergy information)
No. All of our macarons contain California almond flour. We also use dairy in our buttercream. If you have nut allergies, we do not recommend consuming our macarons. We have other delicious desserts such as cupcakes and specialty cakes which do not contain nuts.
Are the macarons gluten free?
Most of our macarons are naturally gluten free. We ocassionally add cake pieces or cookie pieces to some of our fillings that are not gluten free, but it will be specified on the flavors.
Where are the macarons made?
Our gourmet macarons are made in our licensed home kitchen located in Moreno Valley.
How do I store my macarons?
Macarons can be stored in the refrigerator covered for up to 5 days and frozen for up to 3 months.
How do I serve my macarons?
Bring your macarons to room temperature for at least 20 minutes to get the best texture, soft and chewy with a slight crunch.
Payment, Delivery/Pickup & Locations
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept, credit/debit, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Vemo. We do not accept checks and only accept cash at our Farmers Market locations.
How do I use a discount code?
Once you are on the checkout page, enter the code in the box below the item you have selected. If for some reason the discount code does not work, please contact us directly at (951) 616-0614 and we will gladly assist you.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with a confirmation that it has been fulfilled or it is ready for pickup. We will also send you a text message.
What locations do you offer delivery to?
We offer local delivery up to 30 miles from our location in Moreno Valley. Cities include Moreno Valley, Perris, Riverside, Corona, Menifee, and Temecula. We do not offer delivery outside of those areas unless the order is for a special event.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery within a 5 mile radius of our location in Moreno Valley (92551) is free. Anything outside of the 5 mile radius is between $5-$25 which depends or your zip code.
Where are your pickup locations?
We are located in a residental area in Moreno Valley. The address will be available on the chekout page once you complete your order. We will also text you our address once the order is confirmed.
We also offer pickup locations at our Farmers Markets in Yorba Linda every Saturday and Tustin every Sunday. The addresses for these locations are on the order page when you select an item.
Do you offer same day pickup/delivery?
Yes. Place your order before 12pm Tuesday- Saturday and you will receive your order between 4pm-6pm. If you need your order earlier, please contact us directly at (951) 616-0614 and we will do our best to accomodate you.
